1. The service

LateDoc lets you upload PDF, Word and PowerPoint documents and edit them with AI. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You sign in with an email link or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

3. Plans, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Each plan starts with a 3-day trial that requires a card; one trial per person and per card. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for the first month. Plans include a monthly number of AI edits; unused edits do not roll over. You can cancel any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Your documents

You keep all rights to the documents you upload. You give LateDoc permission to store and process them only to provide the service, including sending document text to our AI provider to perform the edits you request. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

5. AI output

AI edits can be wrong or incomplete. Review every document before you rely on it or send it to anyone. LateDoc is not legal, financial or professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use LateDoc to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

[To be completed by counsel: warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution.]

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
